At Devreen, we are committed to delivering products you’ll love. However, if something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.

7-Day Easy Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

When is Return / Exchange Applicable?

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product does not meet your expectations

Mandatory Unboxing Proof (Important)

For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, a clear unboxing video is required:

  • Video must start from sealed package opening
  • Product and issue must be clearly visible

Requests without valid proof may not be accepted for such cases.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 7 days

All requests are subject to quality inspection after the product is received.

Custom Orders

Devreen does not offer custom sizing.
If any custom or made-to-order product is provided, it will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return / Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available)
  • If pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product
  • Exchange will be processed after successful inspection
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, bank details/UPI will be required
  • Refund timelines may take 5–7 working days

Important Notes

  • Minor color or design variations are not considered defects
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable
  • Devreen reserves the right to approve or reject requests after evaluation
